PROPOSED CHARTER AMENDMENT


Resolution 8-2010
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF TRAPPE TO AMEND THE CHARTER FOR THE TOWN OF TRAPPE BY REPEALING THE TERM LIMIT PROVISION SET FORTH IN SECTION 201.
(The question to repeal term limits will be placed on the ballott in the 2011 town election. The Council will decide resolution 8-2010 after the election results become available.)
